The Farmhouse detached home is offered in 759, 912, 1,008, 1,200, and 1,600 SF, with the 1,200 and 1,600 SF plans arriving 2026–2027. Every Arcadia can be built two ways: as an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) where Virginia and county regulations allow, or as a standalone primary residence — the choice is yours.

Each home is single level, set on a 4 ft crawl space. The 759, 912, and 1,008 SF plans are designed without a garage, while both the 1,200 and 1,600 SF plans offer an optional attached garage so you can add covered parking and storage when your lot and needs call for it.
