2Plan SelectionChoose from five architectural collections in 800, 1,200, or 1,600 SF. Every floorplan is designed to work as a full-time primary residence or an ADU — same home, same quality, your choice.
3Water, Sewer & PowerWe scope utilities for your situation: new well & septic or public connections for a standalone home, or tying into existing service for an ADU.
4PermitsOur plans are permit-ready, so county review starts immediately — residential building permit for a primary home, or the ADU approval path where it applies. We handle both.

Construction
About 30 Days
5We Build. You Move In.Stick-built on a permanent foundation by our licensed Virginia crew — not a kit, not a trailer. We finish with your Certificate of Occupancy in hand, ready to live in as your home or welcome family or renters to your new ADU.
