For 20 years I’ve listened to buyers talk about how they live, what they wish they could afford, and the kind of homes they never quite find. This cottage collection is my answer — a modern, mid-century-inspired lineup that is simple, beautiful, and truly livable.
Over the next decade, my mission will expand with more giving back, more transparency, smarter tech, tiny home and ADU innovation, and new ways to help everyday people invest in modern real estate.

ESC Homes builds in Virginia, primarily Northern & Western regions. As our mission expands, so will our build areas.
Northern Virginia includes Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Fauquier, Warren, Culpeper, Stafford, Fredericksburg City & Spotsylvania.
